As part of our range of associated services, Property Partners will soon be adding statutory SBEM calculations for our clients in the agricultural sector for existing and new-build commercial properties. SBEMs are required for most new build commercial properties which are more than 50m2 in floor space. There are some exceptions and we can advise you on these.
