Property Partners rebrand reflects company expansion

Property Partners, a North-east company which specialises in providing technical and management property services, has undergone a major rebranding exercise and moved to new office premises near Turriff in response to its growing range of expertise and increased client list.

The company has been operating as Energy Let since 2010 but Managing Director Neil McLeod said the name Property Partners better reflects the present day objectives and scope of the company’s activities.

“When it was launched, the company was primarily a letting agent, providing full management services to landlords. We then became an approved provider of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments and Legionella Risk Assessments”.

When EPC accreditation for new build homes, architectural and property marketing services were also added to the service range, it was clear the company was no longer a letting agent. The decision was taken to move away from being a letting agent and the rebrand process began.

Neil added, “The scope of services we offer has developed and grown and we now work with a much wider range of clients, not just in letting. We’re committed to establishing and developing professional partnership collaborations across the property sector.

“Although I enjoyed helping our landlords and tenants in our managed properties, this is the correct decision to allow the company to grow, and has opened up many exciting new opportunities already.

“To coincide with the rebranding, we have moved into new offices premises at Netherbrae, near Turriff but work right across Aberdeenshire.”

Property Partners provides services in three main streams of activity – letting, energy assessments and architecture. Within these areas the company helps clients comply with residential letting legislation, building regulations and provides hi-tech property marketing support including 360o Virtual Reality (VR) tours and 2 & 3D floor plans. The company also provides a range of architectural services for domestic, commercial and agricultural customers.

Principal clients include architects, solicitors, letting & estate agents and landlords, developers and contractors, renewable energy installers, house builders and self-builders as well as small hotels, B&Bs and holiday lets which use the company’s state-of-the-art 360o VR tours to promote their properties.
