Originally established in 2010 as Energy Let by Neil McLeod, Property Partners were rebranded and renamed in May 2018 to better reflect the objectives and focus of the company. In January 2020 a growing Property Partners relocated to their current headquarters at Lyon’s Den, 28 Low Street in Banff.

Founder & Managing Director
Neil McLeod
Neil established Property Partners in May 2018 having successfully run its forerunner, Energy Let, for eight years. He rebranded the company to better reflect the range of services it offers and the partnership relationships with its customers.
After leaving Banff Academy and going on to Robert Gordon University, Neil has worked in a variety of roles in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, and property, gaining qualifications in Building & Surveying, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Residential Letting and Energy Assessment along the way.
Neil initially set up Energy Let to manage his property and properties for friends and family. The business and the range of services he offered began to expand and in 2017 he followed his dream and gave up his job as a Project Manager/Architectural Technician and started working on his own business full time.
Passionate about providing a first-class, professional service to his customers across all sectors on the smallest project up to the largest, he is committed to continuing to look for innovative ways to develop Property Partners’ range of services with new technology and smarter ways of working.
A strong believer in continual development, Neil is actively involved in advancing his investment knowledge alongside like-minded property peers across the country, while helping establish local business groups Network Northeast and Banffshire Business Forum.
Sport is also a big part of Neil’s life, as anyone who has visited the office will testify. Although, like everything else, he’s not a fan of just spectating and can regularly be found out running with Deveron Harriers, on his bicycle or the fairways of Turriff Golf Club. Thankfully his partner Moira is into her sport too, just as well you might say!
