About Us

Originally established in 2010 as Energy Let by Neil McLeod, Property Partners were rebranded and renamed in May 2018 to better reflect the objectives and focus of the company. In January 2020 a growing Property Partners relocated to their current headquarters at Lyon’s Den, 28 Low Street in Banff.

In 2022 Property Partners Construction was born, with that we hired two joiners and secured premises for our store on Balmellie Street in Turriff, bringing another former hardware store property back in to use.

Property Partners have done work for me on three occasions. The work included provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), and Legionella Risk Assessments. Neil was always punctual and conducted himself at all times in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner; Neil was also happy to provide friendly advice on all relevant energy, insulation and building matters.
