Lyon’s Den is an exciting and unique re-development of 1900 built Peter Lyon’s Ironmongery store in Banff, delivering a business community with private offices, coworking areas, meeting space and our business lounge where local businesses can come together.

At its core, Property Partners are a Design & Build construction company, focused on developing sustainable and efficient homes and commercial spaces for our clients. Giving you one single point of contact throughout your project, whether you have a clear vision of what you want or don’t know where to begin, Property Partners can help.

With this in mind, we have a range of in-house services including full design, build and project management of commercial and residential projects, with sustainable energy efficiency at the heart of them all. Including our inhouse Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) accreditation.
