Project Management
We like to get to know our customers and their properties, so that we can identify what is important to you and what you want to spend your time on. We can then take care of everything else, while keeping you fully updated throughout the key stages of the project.
Our inhouse team can undertake basic feasibility designs in AutoCAD for your project and regularly bring together and manage design teams including Architects, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors plus the many other specialists or consultants that each individual project may require.
We manage the full process, through the initial design, guidance through the maze of planning permissions, building warrant applications, budget cost and tendering of the works, the construction itself, through to completion certificates and handover. Meaning you only need to make one appoint in Property Partners and we take care of the rest.
It is not only the design team Property Partners bring together, we also work with you to select the relevant sub-contractors to deliver the project. Often bringing in some of the sub-contractors at the design stage to ensure the best solution is in place from the outset. Because we regularly work with these sub-contractors and suppliers, they are happy to provide their input at the design stage and to provide ongoing support to the end user of the building once the project has been successfully completed.
