TENANT INFORMATION

At Property Partners we aim to make finding, moving to and living in one of our properties as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. From providing as much detail within our marketing, including what the properties don’t provide, to flexible viewing arrangements and a streamlined moving in process.

Once you move into the property, it becomes your home and our role is then simply to ensure you can enjoy living in your new home for as long as possible. We do undertake routine visits to the property, but these are very much to ensure that the property is continuing to meet your needs while ensuring our Landlords continue to meet their legal responsibilities.

Before taking on any property we firstly ensure that all the health and safety requirements are met and then we look at the standard of the property overall. If we and the Landlord would be happy to live in the property, only then do we take it on and offer it to our Tenants.

Technology is a big part of our business, helping us enhance our relationship with both our Tenants and Landlords. From our 360 viewing tours, to paper free tenancy agreements that allow you to review and sign your tenancy from anywhere at any time, to providing 24hr online access to all your home’s user manuals and safety certificates.

Property Partners also work together with many other letting and estate agents so should one of our properties not suit your needs, one of our partners may have something that does. Or should the time come that you’re looking to relocate from your home with us, again one of our partners may have the ideal home in your new location.   • All you pay on move in is one months rent plus a deposit. The deposit is always protected by a government approved deposit scheme.
  • A team that you can get to know and build a relationship with, not a faceless organisation.
  • Insured – Property Partners has full Professional Indemnity insurance covering all property services
  • Qualified and regulated – Property Partners are registered with the Scottish Government as approved Letting Agents and therefore follow the Letting Agent Code of Practice.
